  • Design
    Our engineering department accompanies the production from design to turn-key while monitoring and documenting the process.
  • Hydraulics
    Designing, manufacturing, and refurbishing power packs, hydraulic cylinders and other hydraulic equipment.
  • Imported Products
    0.5 Micron fine filtration systems by RMF - separating water from hydraulic oil, custom hydraulic equipment and seals.
  • Machining
    Conventional and CNC lathing and milling, honing of cylinders up to 320 mm in diameter and 4000 mm in length and rods up to 650 mm in diameter and 9000 mm in length.
  • Coating
    Cylinder rod damage repair by non-heat electrolytic coating until full restoration.
    Electrolytic coating process by cobalt to a final hardness of 50RC.
  • Metal Framework
    Precise mechanical construction and frame welding (steel, stainless steel and aluminum).
  • Certifications
    ISO 9001:2008
